Stedman Graham and OprahOprah Winfrey's fiance is preparing for them to finally marry, more than 20 years after they got engaged.

The talk show legend originally agreed to Stedman Graham's proposal in 1992 after six years of dating and he is now planning to ask her a second time, spurred by an emotional trip to South African political figure Nelson Mandela's funeral on December 15.

"It was a highly emotional journey for Oprah, who loved Mandela and everything he stood for. During this time of grief there was only one person in the world she turned to - her Stedman. It was a spiritual mission and Stedman held her close during the funeral service. He realised right then and there he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Oprah as a married couple," a source said.

Friends have been urging motivational speaker Stedman to ask Oprah to marry him again on her 60th birthday, this January. "Stedman feels the two are soul mates, they've lasted together this long and should finally make it official. Stedman also realized that when their days end, he wants to be buried next to Oprah and knows that will only happen if they wed," the source added.

Michael DouglasMichael Douglas would consider having cosmetic surgery.

The 68-year-old star - who battled throat cancer in 2010 - insists he wouldn't think twice about going under the knife and would do "whatever works" to improve his look. When asked if he would have plastic surgery, he said, "I'd contemplate it in a minute, are you kidding? Are you talking about real life? I'd contemplate it in a minute. Why not? Whatever works."

As well as contemplating changes to his body, Michael had to add new strings to his bow to portray late homosexual pianist Liberace in his latest movie, Behind the Candelabra, and he enjoyed playing a different sort of character to the usual "contemporary guys" he portrays. When asked if he had to add new skills to his acting repertoire for the film, he added, "Yeah, sure. Piano, flamboyant stage performer. There was a certain style that the piece required which I hadn't done before. This was a character piece and all my career I've played contemporary guys with an angst of one sort or another. There was a theatricality that was a joy."

Charlize Theron and her son JacksonCharlize Theron is getting ready to adopt a second child.

The "Monster" star is keen for her son, Jackson, two, to have a sibling, and will be starting the process in the New Year. "Charlize admits it's a lot to go through, but she definitely wants Jackson to have a little brother. She's starting the process all over again right after the New Year. She wants Jackson to have a sibling who isn't four or five years younger than him - she wants to raise them together," a source said.

The South Africa-born actress has not yet decided which country to adopt the child from or whether he or she will share Jackson's African-American heritage. "She's made no decision about that yet. She is eyeing the possibility of adopting a child from South Africa this time, but she hasn't decided. She just knows she wants another baby," the source added.

Charlize - who split with long term partner Stuart Townsend after nine years together in 2010 - became mother to Jackson in 2012 and claims she always knew she would adopt. "My mother found a letter I wrote. It said, 'Would you please take me to orphanage, so that I can go and adopt a baby?' I always knew I would adopt. Always," she previously said.

Luc Carl and Lady GagaA new book on Lady Gaga's early days is ruffling her ex's feathers.

Gaga's longtime friend Brendan Jay Sullivan penned Rivington Was Ours, a book detailing her time on New York's Lower East Side before she made it big. Lady Gaga's ex Luc Carl believes that he has been painted as a villain in the memoir, threatening to sue Sullivan and his publisher, HarperCollins.

Sullivan, a DJ, claims in the book that Carl - a heavy-metal drummer and radio personality - was "inattentive and possessive" boyfriend who controlled many aspects of Gaga's life and career. At one point, Gaga told Sullivan that Carl had told her, "I hope you fail," which likely just fueled the Mother Monster in her efforts.

Last year when questioned about his relationship with Gaga, Carl said, "I was f - - king miserable, and it wasn’t her fault." Perhaps he's suing so that he can publish his own side of the story?

Miley CyrusWe've all beared witness to Miley Cyrus' wild antics on stage and among paparazzi photos, but an insider close to the singer says that she's more experimental behind closed doors.

Since her split from fiance Liam Hemsworth in September, the "Adore You" singer has been experiencing the single life to the fullest. "She’s been experimenting with women and even brags that she’s had threesomes," one source close to Cyrus said.

Cyrus has recently been linked to Twilight actor Kellan Lutz and her producer, Mike WILL Made It. An insider, however, says that Cyrus isn't limited in the gender of her romantic partners, claiming that the 21-year-old "is definitely bisexual. She has women over to her house all the time and hooks up with them. Lately she is more interested in women than men. She was completely brokenhearted after Liam and is kind of over men for the time being. I wouldn't be surprised if a woman came out and said she has hooked up with her soon."

Miley is expected to perform tonight in Times Square for the famous New Year's Eve Ball Drop.

Prince WilliamPrince William will study at Cambridge University next year.

The second in line to the British throne - who stepped down from his career with the Royal Air Force (RAF) earlier this year - will study Agricultural Management at the prestigious British seat of learning between January and March 2014. The 10 week course is the first step for the prince in learning how to manage the Duchy of Cornwall; a portfolio of land, property and investments which he will inherit from his father, Prince Charles, when he becomes king.

William - the Duke of Cambridge - will have 18 to 20 hours of lectures, seminars and meetings a week, as well as essays and field trips to complete. A Kensington Palace spokesperson said the prince was "very much looking forward" to the course, adding, "The executive education programme of seminars, lectures and meetings will draw on the strengths of academics across the university. The course has been designed to help provide the Duke with an understanding of contemporary issues affecting agricultural business and rural communities in the United Kingdom."
